L. & M. Precision Products Inc. comprehensive Quality Assurance Program utilizes well known Lean Manufacturing process tools such as Just-In Time (JIT), and Kanban to efficiently and effectively manage it’s automatic screw machining operations.
Using automated and manual processes, the Quality Assurance team regularly calibrates gauges, scales etc. to ensure products are correctly sampled for quality purposes. In addition, sampling plans (created according to ISO standards) provide regular sampling before and during product runs, with a combination of human/equipment calibration to ensure specifications are met.
Due to this commitment to quality processes/methods, not only are measurements highly accurate, but any issues that do arise are quickly identified, corrected and verified. As a result, the end product shipped to the customer is of exceptional quality.

Quality assurance processes start before the job has begun and don't end until the customer receives the finished product. Every employee in the company contributes to the quality of products, from up-front estimation and engineering, though production and finally, shipping and delivery.
