Newer machines with enhanced capabilities

We are dedicated to continually upgrading our first and secondary operation machines. Outdated or underperforming equipment is promptly replaced with newer, more efficient models that bring advanced capabilities.

Our facility is built with the flexibility and capacity to handle orders of all sizes, efficiently managing both low and high-volume production runs.

In addition to our extensive inventory of single-spindle, multi-spindle, rotary transfer, and CNC machines—offering a full range of cost-effective machining capabilities—we also have a fully equipped and staffed secondary operations department.

Engineering

Our licensed professional engineers bring a wealth of experience and provide invaluable engineering support to our customers.

Quote Request

Clients submit an initial design and request a quote for a custom machined part for their current estimated annual usage.

Engineering & Estimate

The Engineering and Estimating team review the design and may provide feedback to the client, suggesting enhancements to reduce costs or improve functionality (must be approved by clients).
The Estimator provides lead time, pricing, and notes any changes made to the original design.
If additional specifications or changes are required, these are highlighted to ensure proper revision levels (in metric or imperial units).
Revised drawings are sent to the client for approval, if requested.

First Article Approval

A first article approval process is followed for all new production setups.
If required, sample parts are provided to the client for confirmation before proceeding with the full production run.

Inventory Management & Shipping

Our facility offers extensive storage capabilities for machined parts and components. Once parts are washed and packaged, they are either entered into our inventory system for on-site storage or shipped directly to the client. Utilizing the ECI JobBOSS2 Shop System for computerized inventory control, we efficiently produce and store a client’s annual product requirements while incorporating Just-in-Time (JIT) and Kanban methodologies. This enables us to create a release schedule tailored to their needs—whether weekly, monthly, or custom—ensuring optimal inventory levels and seamless production flow.
