History

L. & M. Precision Products Inc. was founded in 1962 by Ralph E. Lake and Mike E. Mahoney as L. & M. Screw Machine Products Ltd. In 2000, the company was renamed to L. & M. Precision Products Inc. to better reflect its expanded product range.

Starting with a team of 20 at 66 Milvan Dr. in Toronto, the company steadily grew, enhancing its capabilities, machinery, and workforce. This growth prompted a move to larger premises at 130 Milvan Dr. in 1977.

In 2000, L. & M. Precision Products Inc. relocated to its current facility at 150 Milvan Dr., where three separate buildings were transformed into a spacious 64,000 sq. ft. production facility. This location houses over 70 first-operation production machines, alongside secondary operations, quality assurance, shipping, and storage capabilities, supporting a team of 70+ employees.

Since 2008, the company has been under the leadership of Thomas Liew, P. Eng., who took on the role of President, continuing its legacy of growth and commitment to quality.
